Home Remedy Delivery Policy
At Home Remedy, we take great care in delivering your pieces safely and efficiently to your home. Please take a moment to read through our delivery policy below.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your pieces within 5 working days of your order being confirmed.
Please note that some deliveries may take a little longer if you are located further afield, as we group deliveries in the same area to keep our service fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Delivery Appointments
Once your delivery date is arranged, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.
If you accept a delivery date but do not notify us in advance that you can no longer accept delivery, and we attempt delivery, you will be required to pay for a re-delivery.
Access & Room Placement
If you’d like your pieces delivered to a specific room, please make sure that there is clear access through doorways, stairways, and hallways so our delivery team can safely and efficiently place your items.
